The Energy Equipment and Infrastructure Alliance (EEIA), lobbied the Trump Administration, led a letter last month signed by 25 trade associations and labor unions, initiated numerous personal contacts with Senators, and unleashed over 600 individual letters to Senators from supply chain business people and workers urging Senate action.
EEIA applauded today's vote and urged the Commission to begin immediate consideration of approvals of the pipeline projects currently under its review, beginning with projects that have already been fully vetted and are awaiting only a Commission vote."This is a win for workers across the energy supply chain, and every American that benefits from access to affordable energy,” said Toby Mack, President and CEO of EEIA.
