On 27 July 2017, Transneft Central Siberia carried out a comprehensive emergency response drill (CERD) aimed at response to the oil spill occurred at the underwater crossing of the Aleksandrovskoye-Anzhero-Sudzhensk oil pipeline, Tomsk Regional Oil Pipeline Directorate (RPD), across the Chaya river (Kolpashevskiy district of Tomsk Region).
