Lincoln Electric introduces stick electrode upgrades
Lincoln Electric® introduces performance updates to its Pipeliner® LH-D 80, 90 and 100 stick electrodes. Specifically designed for high strength, vertical-down pipe welding, these SMAW (stick) electrodes are ideal for use on 70 - 90 ksi pipe.
The durable coating on Pipeliner LH-D stays intact without breaking during shipping and in use. This same coating delivers more than 80% greater productivity over traditional vertical-up pipe welding.
Pipeliner LH-D is easy to use for welders of all experience levels, exhibiting excellent puddle control and no ‘spill’ at the bottom of the pipe.
Lincoln Electric SMAW stick electrodes have been the number one choice of fabricators. They are easily identified by three dots, which are a symbol of quality, consistency and unparalleled welding expertise.
Improved performance characteristics:
- Easy to use – Easy transition for welders experienced with cellulosic electrodes.
- Durable coating – Coating does not break in shipping or in use.
- Q2 lot controlled and tested with actual deposit composition and mechanical properties for each lot.
- Meets H4R low hydrogen and moisture resistant requirements.
