Miller Electric Mfg. Co. has announced the 2016 New Year – New Build Sweepstakes, which will award new welding equipment and gear to 23 winners over a 90 day period. Visitors to MillerWelds.com/New-Year can complete the entry up to once monthly from 2 February to 30 April, 2016 — for a chance to win one of numerous prizes from Miller.
“This is the time of year we start thinking about projects to work on in the months ahead,” said Rich Thompson, Vice President of Marketing for Miller. “Our New Year – New Build Sweepstakes gives people a chance to win some great new welding gear to help build their upcoming projects.”
Grand prize in the sweepstakes is a Millermatic 211 MIG welder and Spectrum 375 X-TREME plasma cutter with an XT30 torch and storage case. The easy-to-use Millermatic 211 features inverter technology, advanced Auto-Set™ and MVP™ (multi-voltage plug) that allows quick connection to common 120 or 240 V power receptacles.
The grand prize also includes Weld-Mask™ auto-darkening goggles and Slag™ black frame safety goggles.
One first-prize winner will receive a Spectrum 375 X-TREME plasma cutter with XT30 torch and storage case, along with Weld-Mask auto-darkening goggles and Slag black frame safety goggles. The Spectrum 375 X-TREME cuts up to 3/8 in. mild and stainless steel and up to ¼ in. aluminum.
One second-prize winner will receive Weld-Mask auto-darkening goggles, which feature an extreme low-profile design that allows welding in tight spaces where traditional helmets limit access.
Twenty third-prize winners will receive Slag black frame safety goggles with dark #5 anti-fog lenses, which offer durability and a comfortable fit for many applications.
