Laurini, Gazpromneft and Socogas reach agreement

During the meeting, the two companies stipulated an agreement for the exclusive use of Gazpromneft lubricants in Laurini machinery for a quantity in excess of 30 000 l annually.

The co-operation will be reciprocally advantageous. It will offer Laurini the opportunity to enter a new market, supported by a prestigious partner, which will, in turn, receive visibility every time a Laurini machine is sold. The new Laurini machines will bear a label with the Gazpromneft trademark, testifying to the use of these reliable, high quality products, guaranteeing improved performance at lower temperatures with reduced fluid consumption.

The agreement was reached thanks to the authorised distributor Socogas.

Gazpromneft Lubricants Italia Spa and Socogas’ visit concentrated on the new LLS - Laurini Laying System, presented at the recent IPLOCA conference in Amsterdam. The prototype of the pipelaying machinery aroused considerable interest amongst the companies and will undergo the first practical tests before the end of June 2017.

“In Italy, we sell about 16 000 t of lubricants and greases, produced in our Bari plant, the spearhead of our business, which annually reaches about 25 000 t” declared Mauro Nocelli, Managing Director of Gazpromneft Lubricants Italia Spa.
