A working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, and Anatoly Sedykh, Chairman of the Management Board of United Metallurgical Company (OMK), took place in Moscow on 6 April.
It was noted that the long term co-operation between the companies had strategic importance. Pipe products made by OMK comply with high standards and requirements set by Gazprom. Specifically, OMK supplies pipes for the company’s key gas transmission projects, including the construction of the Ukhta-Torzhok 2, Power of Siberia, Nord Stream 2 and TurkStream gas pipelines.
Alexey Miller and Anatoly Sedykh discussed the prospects for further co-operation, particularly the development and production of new types of pipe products for Gazprom.
