PHMSA issues order to TC Energy

On 5 November 2019, PHMSA issued a Corrective Action Order to TC Energy Corporation.

This order requires the company to take certain corrective actions to protect the public, property, and the environment as a result of the 30 October 2019 leak involving its Keystone pipeline in North Dakota.
