Multi-year partnership to deploy Palantir’s data integration software platform in Kinder Morgan’s storage operations.

Kinder Morgan has announced that it has agreed to the natural gas pipeline and storage joint venture between Consolidated Edison, Inc. and Crestwood Equity Partners LP.

The two companies have agreed to sell a 25% minority interest in Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America LLC for US$830 million.
