The meeting will continue the discussion of topics and provisions related to the proposed rule titled ‘Safety of Gas Transmission and Gathering Pipelines’.
PHMSA's gas and liquid pipeline advisory committees are statutorily mandated and advise PHMSA on the technical feasibility, practicability and cost-effectiveness of each proposed pipeline safety standard.
PHMSA encourages public participation in the rulemaking process, and invites the public to attend and make statements during the advisory committee meetings.
This meeting will be held at the Westin Arlington Gateway, 801 North Glebe Road, Arlington, VA 22203.
