PHMSA: new rule strengthens pipeline standards for great lakes, coastal waters
The US Department of Transportation’s PHMSA issued an Interim Final Rule in the Federal Register that designates the Great Lakes, coastal beaches, and marine coastal waters as ‘Unusually Sensitive Areas’.
