On 11 September, Don Santa, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America, lauded the White House for announcing its intent to nominate Howard R. Elliott as administrator of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration of the Department of Transportation (PHMSA).
