MoU signing of Energy East pipeline

TransCanada Corporation (TransCanada), four major unions and the association representing Canadian pipeline contractors and construction trade workers, are inviting members of the media to attend a press conference to witness the signing of a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) related to TransCanada's CAN$15.7 billion Energy East pipeline project.
The MoU means employment for thousands of Canadian workers to build the 4500 km pipeline.
The press conference will be taking place at the LiUNA Local 527 Training & Education Centre in Ottowa, Canada, on Thursday 14 July at 2 pm (EST).
