Trans Mountain Pipeline L.P. (TMP) has awarded a contract to the joint venture formed by Spiecapag Canada Corp, a subsidiary of VINCI, and Macro Enterprise Inc., to build the Spread 5B section of the Trans Mountain expansion project in Canada.
