Open season for pipeline from Energy Transfer Partners

Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. has announced that its affiliate, ETP Crude LLC (ETP Crude), will commence a binding Open Season for a new pipeline – the Delaware Basin Crude Gathering Pipeline (Delaware Pipeline) – that will have the capacity to accept approximately 120 000 bpd of crude oil from receipt points located in Reeves County, Texas and Lea County, New Mexico for transportation to delivery points in Loving County, Texas and Lea County, New Mexico. Interstate service on the Delaware Pipeline will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
This project, when completed, will consist of three separate gathering systems with an aggregate of approximately 130 miles of pipe. The gathering systems will deliver crude oil into the Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. Delaware Basin Extension. The pipeline is projected to be in service in the first half of 2016.
The open season is scheduled to begin today and end on 4 September 2015. All bids must be submitted to ETP Crude by 5:00 pm central time on 4 September 2015. Additional information regarding the pipeline and the open season can be found on ETP’s website.
