The Ditch Witch organisation, a Charles Machine Works Company, has released an advanced version of their industry-first, web-based tool that helps customers be more efficient and reduce downtime by quickly finding the service parts they need. The Ditch Witch Parts Lookup gives customers easy access to detailed parts information and a direct line of communication to dealerships for part verification and pick-list creation.
“The new Parts Lookup automatically connects customers to their preferred dealer to easily communicate service parts requests,” said Shan Kirtley, Ditch Witch Vice President of Sales. “This simplifies the request process and can help customers get immediate access to service parts information anytime, anywhere and get back up and running faster.”
Customers can use Parts Lookup to find service parts by serial number, part name, equipment model, or keywords. They can also add all equipment in their fleet by serial number for easy reference to manuals, parts diagrams and future service parts needs. And, the visually graphic design provides graphical views of each equipment model’s parts to visually verify all service parts before developing a final pick-list with dealers for order requests.
The online tool was designed using the latest technology for intuitive navigation and superior functionality. It is compatible with all of today’s web browsers and is fully responsive to mobile devices.
The Parts Lookup tool is part of the full suite of Ditch Witch customer productivity tools, including Orange Intel™ fleet management system and the HDD Advisor® program.
