Schneider Electric launches new customer care app
As part of its continuing efforts to provide world-class service, Schneider Electric has launched an app that puts 24/7 support at customers’ fingertips.
The new Customer Care by Schneider Electric app gives customers convenient access to expert support and with 24/7 online self-service features, in-depth information is available at all times. On top of that, the app makes it easier than ever to contact a Schneider Electric representative.
Self-service features
The primary function of the app is for customers to access FAQs and technical documentation for products via the search function or, for a limited but expanding range of products, by scanning a QR code. MySE registered customers in the UK can also find pricing and availability information as well as track orders in some instances.
Forthcoming updates will enable customers to find technical courses using the app, though this functionality will be removed locally in the May release while UK-specific courses are added.
Connecting to Schneider Electric
When self-service isn’t enough, the Customer Care by Schneider Electric app provides easy access to expert assistance. Customers can connect directly to a Customer Care Centre with a “one-touch” number or via email.
An ongoing journey
The Customer Care by Schneider Electric app is the latest expression of Schneider Electric’s dedication to providing the best customer service. Designed for iOSTM and AndroidTM devices, the app is now available in 11 languages and will be updated monthly with new features and functionality along with additional languages.
The Customer Care by Schneider Electric app in now available for free on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
