Fecon and Tri-State Bobcat join forces

Fecon is proud to announce Tri-State Bobcat as an authorised Fecon Dealer covering Minnesota and portions of Wisconsin and Iowa. Tri-State Bobcat will offer Fecon’s proven line of Bull Hog® Mulchers, FTX Track Carriers (ranging from 97 - 600 hp) and various other forestry attachments.

Tri-State sells several equipment lines that already address the needs of the tree care and land clearing industry; and the addition of the Fecon FTX tractors will complement the product offering for their customers very nicely.” Regional Manager, Matt Warfel.

Fecon and Tri-State Bobcat will be a great team, together fulfilling the land clearing, vegetation management, right-of-way clearing and site prep needs of their customers. Tri-State will also serve as the local service facility for Fecon products and customers.

Fecon products are used frequently in the oil and gas industry for clearing vegetation for exploration and infrastructure, and for seismic exploration.

High production is achieved for the pipeline with high horsepower track and wheeled carriers equipped with mulchers, stump grinders, and milling heads to handle vegetation including trees, brush, stumps, and roots. Chippers are used in the reduction of trees harvested with feller bunchers or excavators. The Log Jaw is used to facilitate processing of larger diameter wood in chippers and grinders. Compact track loaders with mulchers are used to clear narrow lanes ahead of drills used to prepare blast holes for seismic exploration. UTV’s are used for carrying explosives for seismic exploration, and for a variety of uses such as transporting materials, mobilising service equipment for mechanics, fueling of equipment, and more.
