Keystone XL set to be approved by Trump administration

The White House could become one step closer to granting a presidential permit to TransCanada for construction of the US$8 billion, 1700 mile Keystone XL pipeline. According to news sources, US administration officials have suggested that the US State Department is expected to approve the pipeline before next week.
