Petronas Carigali receives Rosen contract

Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, has awarded Rosen Group a 3 yr contract for Sarawak and Sabah Operations.

The contract encompasses the provision of detailed Fitness for Service (FFS) assessments of PCSB operated pipelines, including free span assessments, high level corrosion management plan updates, remaining life evaluations and risk assessments.

The work will be completed using Intelligent Pigging (IP) results and significant volumes of other data, comprising design reports, operational data, anomaly reports and inspection and maintenance reports.

The scope includes approximately 260 pipelines, with diameters ranging from 4 to 48 inches, located mainly offshore.
