Neptune Energy Group announces two senior appointments

Neptune Energy Group is pleased to announce two key senior appointments based in London.
Gro Gunleiksrud Haatvedt is joining Neptune as Vice President and Group Head of Exploration. Gro joins Neptune from Aker BP ASA where she has been Senior Vice President for Exploration for the last four years. Previously, she was Senior Vice President for the Norwegian Shelf at Equinor. During this period, Equinor made several significant discoveries, including Johan Sverdrup, one of the five largest fields on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. During her career within Equinor, Gro was also responsible for business development in the Middle East and was country manager for Libya. In 2016, Gro was the first woman to be awarded the prestigious Group Petroleum Medal from the British Geological Society.

Amanda Chilcott will take up the position of Group Human Resources Director. Amanda joins Neptune from Aggreko Plc where she was Human Resources Director of the Power Solutions division. Amanda brings more than twenty years of international HR experience gained at BP and Ford, both organisations that are recognised for their HR management and talent development.
