For the ninth year in a row, Carboline has been recognised as a Greater St. Louis Top Workplace by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
“We are thrilled to be recognised as a St. Louis Top Workplace for the ninth consecutive year,” said David Morlen, Vice President of Human Resources at Carboline. “This award truly demonstrates our strength and tenacity as an organisation despite several big challenges we faced over this past year, including the global implementation of a new, company-wide ERP system.”
“Even with the significant changes we made collectively as a team, Carboline saw an impressive 11-point increase in employee connectedness to the company,” he added. “From individual contributors and supervisors all the way up to senior management, this recognition speaks volumes about our commitment to fostering a culture where employees are empowered to make a direct impact on the business and provide the best solutions for our customers.”
Based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous, third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC, the St. Louis Top Workplaces Award is presented annually to the area’s top companies across small (50-149), medium (150-499) and large (500+) employer size categories. Considered the gold standard of employer recognition, it measures a total of 15 key culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organisation, such as alignment, execution, leadership, connection and coaching.
