PRCI has announced the promotion of Natalie Tessel to Director, Brand & Member Engagement.
Natalie has been a vital member of the PRCI staff for nearly 14 years. She started at PRCI in 2005, leading many initiatives over the years, and has continuously proven her ability to take on increasing levels of responsibility as her career has progressed. Most recently, Natalie held the position of Manager of Membership & Communications.
As PRCI continues to direct its focus on knowledge transfer and expanding member and industry engagement, elevating Natalie’s role will ensure PRCI is recognised as an organisation that delivers value to its members and the industry. This new position will provide her the opportunity to develop new programmes and initiatives to establish PRCI’s brand as the premier research organisation in the energy pipeline industry.
Natalie is working closely with the leadership groups at PRCI to improve the approach used to fund and execute research that addresses the key challenges facing our members and the industry-at-large. She is leading this bold initiative, working with the Executive Board and other internal stakeholders, to ensure this project gained the necessary buy-in needed to move it forward successfully. She will continue to be active in this initiative, while also leading PRCI in promoting its brand to ensure that engagement with members and the industry will lead to improvements in pipeline safety and performance.
Natalie graduated from the University of Virginia with Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Psychology and is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives.
