Pembina announces appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Over the past seven years, Cam has been a significant contributor to the success of our organisation, including stepping up into the role of interim CFO, through his consistent focus on financial discipline, risk management and capital allocation. Along with the entire leadership team, I am excited to continue our work together, advancing Pembina's position as a truly differentiated, integrated leader in the midstream space," said Scott Burrows, Pembina's President, and Chief Executive Officer.

As part of its ongoing Board succession planning, the company also announced that Henry Sykes will be appointed as Board Chair effective 1 January 2023, replacing Randall Findlay who intends to retire prior to the next annual meeting of shareholders and will not stand for re-election. Mr. Sykes joined the Pembina Board in 2017 and is currently the Chair of the Human Resources, Health and Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
