Sentry Equipment announces intent to purchase Integrity Measurement & Control, Inc.

IMC has been a representative and valued Sentry Equipment business partner for over five years. “By bringing IMC into the Sentry PMTC fold, our upstream and midstream oil and gas customers will have a single centre for application support, products, training and services,” said Brian Baker, CEO, Sentry Equipment. The acquisition of IMC is expected to close within the next 30 days.
