EPIC Midstream Holdings, LP has announced the close of a 10 day FERC open season that allowed interested shippers to secure firm capacity on EPIC’S NGL Pipeline which will link producers’ natural gas liquids (NGL) reserves in the Permian and Eagle Ford Basins to Gulf Coast refiners, petrochemical companies and export markets.

EPIC conducted its first open season in February of 2018. Earlier this year, Phase one of the NGL pipeline was completed and NGL product was introduced to the pipeline on 12 March. Phase two was completed on 27 June 2018. The third phase is expected to be complete in 4Q19.

EPIC’S NGL Pipeline will run side-by-side for most of the route with the EPIC Crude pipeline.

This open season began Friday 12 October 2018 and ran until 5.00 pm Monday 22 October 2018.
