Atlas Copco to exhibit compressors and vacuum pumps

Atlas Copco Compressors is set to showcase its latest energy efficient compressors, vacuum pumps and energy assessment services at the Energy Management Exhibition (EMEX). The event is going to take place London from 16 - 17 November.
Its GA VSD+ compressor is one product that will be on show. This compressor offers average energy savings of 50%, as well as having a very small footprint and low noise levels. It is available from 7 up to 75kW and automatically adjusts its motor and element speed to align with air demand. In turn, this cuts costs and energy usage considerably.
The range improves free air delivery and specific energy requirement by up to 9%, meaning that customers get up to 9% more air when using the GA VSD+ compared to the GA VSD.
the company will also display its GHS VSD+ vacuum pump. Again, this offers average energy savings of 50%.
The GHS VSD+ range, which has been extended to include new models that can offer power of up to 1900 m3/hr, incorporates VSD technology. This technology that allows users to adapt their vacuum generation requirements to match the demands of their process.
Exhibition visitors will also have the opportunity to see the quiet operation of Atlas Copco’s GA7 VSD+ FF: a full feature air compressor with variable speed drive.
