Plains All American appoints new board members

Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (PAA) and Plains GP Holdings (PAGP) have recently announced that the board of directors of PAA GP Holdings LLC (PAGP GP) has appointed Harry Pefanis and Willie Chiang to the board.
Pefanis and Chiang serve as the President and Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (US), respectively, of PAGP GP.
Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. is a master limited partnership that owns and operates midstream energy infrastructure and owns an extensive network of pipelines.
