TC PipeLines, LP announces 3Q16 cash distribution

The board of directors of TC PipeLines GP, Inc. (TC PipeLines, LP’s general partner) has recently announced TC PipeLines, LP’s 3Q16 cash distribution of CAN$0.94 per common unit.
The distribution remains unchanged from the 2Q16 and represents a 6% increase from the CAN$0.89 per common unit that was paid in 3Q15.
This cash distribution is the 70th consecutive quarterly distribution paid by TC PipeLines, LP. It is payable on 14 November to unitholders of record at close of business on 1 November.
TC PipeLines, LP expects to release its 3Q16 financial results on 4 November.
