Swagelok names two new Vice Presidents

Swagelok has appointed a new Vice President of continuous improvement and quality, and a new Vice President of corporate communications.
The appointment of Joey Arnold as Vice President, continuous improvement and quality was announced by Arthur Anton, Swagelok Company Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The appointment is effective 1 July.
A Swagelok associate since 1995, Arnold has held leadership positions in many functions across Swagelok, including finance, treasury, risk management, customer service, and supply chain. He most recently served as Vice President, corporate communications.
In his new role, he will continue to evolve Swagelok’s manufacturing strategies and be responsible for quality assurance; internal audits; environmental, health, and safety; and continuous improvement programs that help respond to customer needs. Arnold is also leading the company’s development of a new global headquarters and innovation center.
The appointment of Theresa Polachek as Vice President, corporate communications was also announced by Arthur Anton, Swagelok Company chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Polachek’s promotion is also effective 1 July.
Polachek joined Swagelok in 2007 and has held several leadership roles within communications, most recently as the Director of global brand and communications strategy. As Vice President, she will be responsible for Swagelok’s internal communications, global brand program, marketing communications, digital presence, and customer experience strategies.
