Shell Midstream Partners announces cash distribution

Shell Midstream Partners, L.P. has announced that its board of directors has declared a cash distribution of US$0.26375 per limited partner unit for 3Q16.
This represents an increase of 5.5% over the previous quarter (US$0.2500 per unit) and a increase of 28.7% over the distribution paid with respect to 3Q15. The distribution will be paid to unitholders on record as of 31 October on 14 November.
