Willbros downstream returns to Wink Engineering, LLC
On 12 June 2015, Willbros Group, Inc. finalised the sale of its downstream engineering organisation, Willbros Downstream Engineering, to a group led by Bernhard Capital Partners (BCP). As of the close, the company will remain based in Baton Rouge and will operate as its fomer name, Wink Engineering, LLC (Wink).
Wink's partnership with BCP will allow the company to continue to grow as a regional and national leader in engineering design and project execution. Driven by entrepreneurial energy, rooted in sound business and financial practice and powered by a talented, committed and creative professional team, Wink has returned.
The management team
The Management Team will remain unchanged, with Andy Farris serving as CEO of the newly named Wink. Kevin Steed will continue as President of Wink Engineering, Mike Willem as General Manager of the New Orleans, LA Office, Tony Huval as General Manager of the Baton Rouge, LA Office, Chris Engels as General Manager of the Tulsa, Oklahoma office and Raleigh Richards will continue as CFO.
