T.D. Williamson announces new VPs

T.D. Williamson (TDW), the global pipeline solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Bill Rees as Vice President, Western Hemisphere, and the promotion of Chuck Harris to Vice President, Marketing and Product Management.
Rees had been Vice President of Marketing and Strategy Execution. In his new position, he will assume portfolio-wide, end-to-end accountability for the sales, service, manufacturing and supply chain organisation of TDW.
Rees joined TDW in 2012 and has been based in Tulsa for two years. Prior to that, he was a TDW regional leader in Europe. Rees has more than 20 years’ experience in the international pipeline industry. He earned both a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Manchester.
Harris was Senior Director for product management, integrated pigging and pipeline integrity solutions. He rose through the product development and management ranks since joining TDW as a technical representative in 2006. He will be responsible for providing strategic direction for the company’s pigging, advanced isolation and inline inspection (ILI) businesses as well as marketing, corporate communications and media relations.
Harris is heavily involved in industry organisations, including serving in leadership positions for the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA) and the Pigging Products and Services Association (PPSA). He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from LeTourneau University.
