Oxford Flow announces 42% headcount growth as it expands globally

Based in Cairo, Egypt, Amir Basha joins as the MENA Business Development Manager, where he will drive the growth of the company’s innovative valve technology, following successful trials with an Oman water utility and Europe’s largest gas processing facility. Benny McCallum takes up the role of Business Development Manager for Europe and Central Asia, and with deep domain knowledge in the valve and regulator industry his expertise will bolster Oxford Flow’s roster of sector heavy weights. In North America, Mike Evans is the newest addition to the US team, where he will accelerate market penetration across industrials and process as part of the company’s diversification strategy.

With North America quickly becoming our fastest growing region, Mike’s appointment is key to continue to expand our network. We are seeing trends both in North America and further afield for smart valve technology that increases reliability and efficiency whilst reducing environmental impact.”

In addition to the international appointments, Rob Winlow steps into the new role of VP of Engineering to drive technology development and scale up manufacturing. The appointments follow several technology milestones for the company, including outstanding results for ES valve in fugitive emissions testing and the IM valve being accepted onto a framework agreement with SGN.

As these markets decarbonise, they demand technologies that optimise operations from a reliability, cost and environmental perspective. Oxford Flow now has operations across the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific with including offices in Houston and Oxford. The company employs people globally across its engineering, sales, operations and safety functions.
