EverLine, a technical services platform providing regulatory, remote operations, and security solutions for critical infrastructure, has announced a strategic collaboration with Amulet Critical Infrastructure to advance its Security Operations Centre offerings to include sophisticated physical security monitoring.

EverLine’s SOC provides continuous surveillance of digital activity in the Operational Technology (OT) environment, including system behaviour, access attempts, and the identification of emerging threats. The addition of Amulet’s Intercept ballistic and blast detection technology allows EverLine to provide a robust suite of physical security monitoring for protection for utilities, energy, and clients operating critical infrastructure.

EverLine’s US-based team receives threat intelligence from federal and industry sources and monitors customers’ OT assets 24x7x365, identifying anomalies and providing a full incident response lifecycle. Combining Amulet’s state-of-the-art ballistic and blast detection technology, an advanced system that uses energy wave technology to autonomously alert authorities of a ballistic event, coupled with EverLine’s tailored monitoring services, brings an exclusive offering and level of protection that hasn’t been seen before in the energy market.

"EverLine is excited to partner with Amulet to deliver a solution to our customers that meets the unique needs of energy and infrastructure operations, securing their most critical assets and protecting sites and staff,” said Annie McIntyre, EverLine’s Director of Security. “These services are essential to mitigating risks of emerging cyber and physical threats as well as supporting insurance needs and a changing regulatory compliance landscape."

Many OT systems remain secured with legacy methods that don't account for modern connectivity and lack resilience in broader IT environments, leaving them vulnerable to today’s adversaries. OT security emphasises the security of physical elements within industrial environments, ensuring the safety and stability of operations. Any potential physical or cyber breach can allow threat actors to access and modify physical equipment functions, leading to unprecedented disruptions of critical services and even posing a direct threat to human life. OT security strategies must provide complete visibility over the organisation's digital and physical infrastructures.

“By partnering, Amulet and EverLine have forever changed the landscape of both cyber and physical protection for critical environments,” said Jeffrey Isquith, Founder and CEO of Amulet Critical Infrastructure. “Utility operators now have access to new, innovative tools that mitigate risk, protect life, as well as property, all while ensuring operational continuity, from end-to-end.”
