Synodon re-signs US gas pipeline operator Enbridge

World Pipelines,

Synodon Inc. has re-signed Enbridge Energy Partners (EEP) to its realSens™ airborne integrity management services. This new contract covers the same Oklahoma and North Texas gathering pipeline infrastructure area as was announced in the 24 July 2012 press release, and leverages the previously announced agreement with TAI Utility Services LLC through which Synodon has an exclusive arrangement for the provision of advanced aerial services.

Synodon is a technology company that has developed an advanced airborne remote gas sensing system called realSens, based on technologies developed under the Canadian Space Program and by Synodon scientists. The company currently provides advanced airborne pipeline integrity management services to the oil and gas sector through a suite of services including natural gas and liquid hydrocarbon leak detection, pipeline threat assessments, and waterway crossings analysis among others.

Enbridge Energy Partners operates the world's longest crude oil and liquids transportation system. The company has a significant and growing presence in the natural gas transmission and midstream businesses, and an increasing involvement in power transmission.
