Xiris Automation Inc., a global leader in the creation and manufacturing of welding cameras and weld inspection software, has announced that they have greatly expanded their technical sales representation in North America to better serve their customers.
Norm Sted, Director of Sales for North America stated, “We feel strongly that Xiris has the best welding cameras in the industry, however that is not enough, we must also have the best technical sales support.”
Five months ago, Xiris set out to expand its outside sales team so as to provide the best customer service experience in the industry by adding four outside representatives in Canada and 20 outside in the US.
From Alaska to Florida and from Quebec to Southern California, Xiris has you covered. All of the representatives are technically competent, hands-on sales professionals, with many years of experience in the welding industry. The goal of this initiative is to greatly improve the reaction time to train distributors and provide faster response to requests for demonstrations. Xiris is passionate about helping its customers improve their overall welding, manufacturing and fabricating by providing “better images, better decisions, better process control.”
Xiris serves the entire welding, cutting, fabricating, tube and pipe industries, as well as the additive manufacturing space.
