EPIC Midstream Holdings, LP has announced EPIC has received the Nationwide Permit 12 from the US Army Corps of Engineers, signifying all federal and state regulatory agencies have approved both of EPIC’s NGL and Crude Oil Pipeline projects for final construction as well as placing the pipelines into full service.

“The issuance of the Corps permit further demonstrates our ability to safely and responsibly build these two pipelines and I would like to thank all stakeholders involved in the approval process,” said Phillip Mezey, Chief Executive Officer of EPIC.

About EPIC

EPIC was formed in 2017 to build, own, and operate midstream infrastructure in both the Permian and Eagle Ford Basins. EPIC’s first two projects, the EPIC Crude Oil Pipeline and the EPIC NGL Pipeline, will transport crude and NGL across Texas for delivery into the Corpus Christi market. The EPIC Pipelines are backed by capital commitments from funds managed by the Private Equity Group of Ares Management Corporation.
