Equity Research Institute has initiated coverage on the following equities: Energy Transfer Equity L.P., Spectra Energy Corporation, Williams Partners L.P., Targa Resources Corporation, and Enbridge Energy Partners L.P.

On 31 July 2015, the NASDAQ composite ended at 5128.28, down 0.01%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average edged 0.32% lower, to finish the day at 17 689.86, and the S&P 500 closed at 2103.84, down 0.23%. The gains were broad based, as five out of nine sectors ended the session in positive.

Energy Transfer Equity L.P

Energy Transfer’s stock edged 0.27% higher, to close the session at US$30.08. The stock recorded a trading volume of 4.85 million shares – above its three months average volume of 4.45 million. Over the last four months, Energy Transfer's shares have declined 4.63% and 11.10%, respectively. However, the stock has gained 6.43% since the start of this year. The company is trading 8.03% and 1.64% below its 50-day and 200-day moving averages, respectively. Furthermore, Energy Transfer's stock was traded at a PE ratio of 42.97 and has a Relative Strength Index (RSI) of 41.01.

Spectra Energy Corporation

Spectra's stock finished the session at 0.33% lower, at US$30.26. A total of 3.82 million shares were traded, which was below its three months average volume of 4.01 million. Over the last four months, Spectra's shares have lost 4.99% and 18.45%, respectively. Additionally, the stock has declined 14.94% since the beginning of 2015. The company's shares are trading below their 50-day and 200-day moving averages by 7.11% and 13.52%. Spectra's stock had been traded at a PE ratio of 21.93, and has an RSI of 40.74.

Williams Partners L.P

Enbridge Energy Partners L.P
