New VP of GAZ-SYSTEM management board

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of OGP GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. decided to appoint Krzysztof Jackowski to the Management Board of the company. He started performing this function on 1 January 2019.

Until December 2018, Krzysztof Jackowski was the Director of the Service Office of the Government Plenipotentiary for Strategic Energy Infrastructure, and from July 2017 a member of the Supervisory Board of OGP GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. He was responsible for the ownership supervision of PSE S.A., OGP GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. and PERN S.A., including the strategic investments of these companies. He developed legal acts concerning the energy sector and was responsible for the area of international co-operation of the Plenipotentiary.


During his professional career, he worked in law firms. He headed the Department of Legislation and Deposit Protection in the Department of Geological Supervision of the Ministry of the Environment. He was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Naftoserwis sp. z o.o.

The new Vice-President of GAZ-SYSTEM is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed a course in American law at the Centre for American Law at the University of Warsaw. He is a licensed solicitor. He also completed postgraduate studies in the field of energy industry.

Krzysztof Jackowski was appointed Vice-President of the Management Board of GAZ-SYSTEM on 1 January 2019. Thus, the Management Board of the company will perform its functions in a three-person composition.
