The Gazprom Board of Directors held a meeting in absentia yesterday.
The Board elected Sergey Prozorov as a Member of the Gazprom Management Committee for a five year term.
Simultaneously, the Board of Directors terminated the authority of Yaroslav Golko as a Management Committee Member.
