Paul Exley joins Baker Botts

Baker Botts LLP has announced that Paul Exley has joined the firm’s London office as a Partner.

Mr. Exley is an Energy and Corporate lawyer who is experienced in a wide range of international and domestic transactional work, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A in the energy sector.

Mr. Exley joins Baker Botts from Jones Day.

“Paul is an outstanding lawyer and his practice is an ideal fit for our firm,” said Mark Rowley, the Partner in Charge of the Firm’s London office. "Paul has extensive experience advising on upstream and downstream oil and gas deals and is also experienced in power, renewables, water, infrastructure, engineering and other sectors, involving the UK, Europe, Russia/CIS, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Latin America and the US,” added Mr. Rowley.
