Constitution pipeline project in hiatus

The decision by FERC to uphold New York state’s refusal to provide the project a water quality permit means construction of the Constitution natural gas pipeline is currently on hold.

Energy Transfer files federal lawsuit against co-conspirator group

Energy Transfer has filed a federal lawsuit against Greenpeace International, Greenpeace Inc., Greenpeace Fund, Inc., BankTrack and Earth First! for the violation of federal and state racketeering statutes, in addition to interfering with pipeline construction activities and providing false information about the company.
