After three years, the PennEast pipeline project has been approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Atlantic Coast Pipeline has received authorisation from FERC to begin tree felling for the Atlantic Coast pipeline and Supply Header project.

The NEB is holding public hearings for the North Montney Mainline project.

It is important that FERC protect the public interest and end approvals of unneeded pipelines by reviewing energy needs, climate pollution impacts, considering renewables and accounting for the concerns of impacted communities.
