Gazprom and Georgia address gas transit and supply issues
On 26 October, Milan hosted a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, and Kakha Kaladze, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Georgia.
The parties continued addressing the issues of Russian gas transit across Georgia and commercial supplies to the country.
First joint of Ukhta – Torzhok-2 gas pipeline welded
The first joint of the Ukhta – Torzhok-2 gas main was officially welded in Ukhta on 27 October. Alexey Miller and Sergey Gaplikov, Acting Head of the Republic of Komi, took part in the ceremony.
Gazprom and Edison address co-operation development
On 27 October, Milan hosted a working meeting between Alexey Miller and Bruno Lescoeur, Senior Executive Vice President of Edison.
The parties addressed issues of the current co-operation and potential directions for the relationship development. Particularly, the meeting touched upon the Russian gas supplies to Edison. The participants also discussed prospects for the extension of the European gas transmission network.
