Velocity Midstream & CVR Refining have announced definitive agreements related to the construction of a crude oil pipeline from the SCOOP play in Central Oklahoma to CVR's Wynnewood refinery.

In response to a request from NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd., the National Energy Board has decided to extend the construction start date stated in the sunset clause for the North Montney pipeline project.
