Plains’ Cactus II pipeline not exempt from steel tariffs

A US$1.1 billion shale pipeline was denied an exclusion to the Trump administration’s tariff on imported steel on Monday, the first such ruling on a major energy project since the tariff went into effect, reports Reuters.
