Velocity Midstream Partners’ construction of a crude oil gathering and transportation system in Oklahoma has enabled them to enter into a Letter of Intent with CVR Energy, Inc.

This completion increases PennTex Midstream Partners LP’s processing capacity to 400 million ft3/d.
