GTC Technology attains ISO 9001 registration
GTC Technology has attained a Certificate of Registration for conformance with ISO 9001:2008 standards.
The certificate was awarded to GTC’s Process Equipment Technology (PET) group, based in Euless, Texas. Perry Johnson Registrars issued the independent confirmation that GTC has met the requirements of ISO 9001, with respect to the “design, manufacture, installation and technical services for mass transfer equipment (tower internal products).”
Commenting on the award, Brad Fleming, General Manager of GTC’s Euless manufacturing facility, said: “GTC is very pleased to reach ISO certification. Our goal has always been to keep challenging ourselves to be more efficient in all areas of our business.”
Daniele Ferlisi, Head of the PET Business Unit, added: “Every member of our team is watched for opportunities to improve procedures, lower costs, and better serve our clients.”
ISO 9000, a series of standards developed an published by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), defines, establishes and maintains a quality assurance system for manufacturing and service industries.
