Environmental action against Keystone XL

Environmentalists are targeting TransCanada and the proposed the Keystone XL pipeline over fears it would send hundreds of crude oil supertankers down the Atlantic coast.

 

Oil spill in North Battleford, Saskatchewan

Cleanup operations are ongoing, as Husky Energy’s crude oil pipeline has leaked into the river near Maidstone. No reason for the leak has been discovered.
