According to Enbridge officials, the North Dakota pipeline system has resumed operations following a fire at a truck loading facility that was leased to the company’s Tidal Energy Marketing unit. Enbridge’s North Dakota Pipeline Co. operates a 210 000 bbl/d, 826 mile system from Plentywood, Montana, to Clearbrook, Minnesota.

The fire began on 1 January at the facility. According to company spokesmen, eight out of 12 crude storage tanks, with a capacity of 400 bbls each, caught fire at the site. There were no casualties reported.
